Controls of moving systems have been around for some years, like Kinect, which is now coming to Windows. But a company called Bellco Ventures has developed a glove that works the same way as the mouse, with the difference that you can stay up to 35 feet away from the computer.
The ION Air Mouse is therefore a wireless mouse embedded in a glove, used to control the computer like an ordinary mouse. It has pressure pads that are located on the index finger, which allow you to control the left and right mouse click.
According to the company that developed it, it takes a little practice to start using it efficiently, and it requires few settings to function properly. The product may be ideal for people suffering from Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The ION Air Mouse is available for purchase for about $80 on the Bellco Ventures website.
