After the European Parliament has overwhelmingly barred the Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement ( ACTA ), this week, Kim Dotcom celebrated the result on Twitter and announced that the Megaupload will return bigger, better and faster. The information is from a  Spanish website /20 minutes.

“S.O.P.A is dead, P.I.P.A is dead,  A.C.T.A is dead,  MEGA will return  Major,  Best, Faster, Free rates and braced for attacks. Evolution!” Tweeted Dotcom, citing other acts of anti-piracy proposals that failed after European decision on A.C.T.A.

In August Dotcom be extradited to the United States, where he is accused of copyright violations and other offenses.

Megaupload case 

In January this year, the U.S. authorities, including the FBI ,  took the 18 Megaupload  and other sites  considering that the site was part of  “an organization responsible for a huge network of  worldwide virtual piracy “. The Megaupload would have caused more than $ 500 million in losses to infringe the intellectual property rights of several companies. U.S. officials believe that through the site, which had 150 million registered users, and other associated pages, joined about $ 175 million.
