An Apple employee lost his job after criticizing the company in their Facebook account. The man, identified only as Crisp, worked at an Apple store in England and would have published the messages out of your working hours.
According to the Cnet site, after being fired, Crisp went to the British labor claims court, which ruled in favor of Apple. The court found that the man has violated the laws of conduct in relation to social networks established by Apple in its manual.
According to the sentence, “the company has made it absolutely clear that the publication of comments and criticisms about its products by employees were strictly forbidden.”
The former employee did not report whether to appeal the decision.
